RhinoFit Software Updates

You asked and we delivered!  The RhinoFit team has been listening to your feedback and working hard to upgrade our platform to further match your needs.  As part of our ongoing commitment to you, we are happy to inform you about our new updates.

Widget:

This is our newest feature added to RhinoFit. Create prospect widgets for data entry / collection – customize the fields and insert them onto your website to collect information into your prospect list.

Discounts:

When setting up packages or applying memberships to users, you can now create discounts on the fly and add them to the membership or package.

Emails:

Email content can now be viewed from the communication tab on the view member page. Send mail page now uses a mailque, which means the user no longer waits for the email to send. It also now retains the last ‘send from’ address as a cookie, so subsequent page reloads previously used from address.

Drop-in:

Classes can now have their own drop in rate that is distinct from your default drop in rate.

Required Fields:

Member information fields can be marked as required and custom fields can be marked as public and/or required, for the purpose of data entry forms (new online client signup / product purchase).

Staff Overview:

A “Staff Overview” page has been added that allows viewing of pie chart and line graphs of staff performance regarding membership and product sales, as well as class and appointment performance.

SMS:

Text Messaging outgoing messages can now be responded to – there is a notifications bubble in the top left corner showing incoming messages; staff can acknowledge the message and click into the user too.

Tuitions

Tuitions allow memberships to reserve associated classes when assigned to or purchased by a user.

Waivers:

Waivers now update user accounts with relevant information that is currently blank on the existing user profile such as their address.

Thanks to your feedback, we have made these updates and made fixes to benchmarks, events, and product orders.
