Feeling lost with RhinoFit?
We all feel that way sometimes, especially moving to a new software. Here are some quick tips that I recommend when using RhinoFit:
Memberships: The first step on getting your RhinoFit account ready to go is to get your memberships set up.
To do this, you can go to Setup > Memberships, Discounts, and Packages > Add Membership. From there, you would need to think about what type of memberships you want to sell.
Here are some examples :
- Monthly Memberships
- Day Pass
- 7 Day Free Trial
- 3, 6, or 12 Month Memberships
- Many More!
Discounts: Are you going to be offering discounts to your clients? Maybe for students, military, veterans, or firefighters?
You can set this up by going to Setup > Memberships, Discounts, and Packages > Discounts. Discounts can be set as either money or percentages off!
Classes: Do you offer classes at your facility? Maybe Zumba, Yoga, or CrossFit?
You can start setting up your classes by going to Calendar > Classes. From here, you can decide on the size of the class and if there will be a reservation or a wait list limit. You can also decide class times and if that class will be repeating on specific days just by clicking on Add Class Time!
Waivers: Are you tired of paper contracts and waivers?
You can use our RhinoSigned waivers within RhinoFit to help digitize your sign-up process! You can access this waiver system by going to Waivers > Use RhinoSign. You can look at RhinoFit’s default waiver or even create your own.
