There are five tabbed areas in the Financial section. Each tab will be discussed in the following paragraphs. On each tab, entering text into the Search box at the upper right of the grid will filter the results. Clicking on the member’s name will take you that person’s Member Profile. Additionally, each column can be sorted by clicking on the column header.
The Bills tab shows all bills. To edit a bill, click on the edit icon (). You will then be able to change the Bill Date, Amount, Description, Billing Type, and/or Bill Status. To delete the bill completely, click on the delete icon ().
To view all unpaid bills, click on the Outstanding tab. To send a reminder email to the member, click on the Remind link in the Status column. Once a reminder email has been sent, the status will change to Reminded. If the member has not set up a payment profile, it will be noted here.

Payments that have not yet cleared (generally ACH payments) are shown on this tab.
Any payments that have failed, along with the number of attempts and reason for failure will be listed here. To retry a failed payment, click the retry icon (). To edit the payment, click the edit icon (). To cancel the payment, click the delete icon().
To quickly view all payments for the past 31 days, see the Payments tab. You can mark a payment as Unpaid, or refund an Auto payment by clicking on the icon. To email a receipt, click on the envelope () icon; and to print a receipt, click on the printer () icon.
